      약 20분 정도 걸릴 거예요. 

get on : 차량(버스,기차, 비행기등 주로 큰 대중교통 탈것)에 타다

cf) get in : 차량(택시,승용차등 작은 탈것)에 타다

It will take : (시간이) 걸릴 거야

<패턴연습>

1. I need to부정사

~ 해야 돼(나의 필요에 의해서)

have to는 '해야 해', need to는 '할 필요가 있어'라고

배워서 대화문 만들 때 need to는 잘 안 쓰게 되는 거 같아요.

그렇지만 실제 대화에서 내가 필요에 의해 움직일 때(~해야 돼)

need to를 많이 사용하는 거 같아요.

have to는 자신의 의지와 무관하게 강제적으로 해야 하는

뉘앙스로 말하고 싶을 때 써보세요.

 

아래의 need to 문장들을  have to로 사용할 수도 있어요.
have to로 쓰면 하기 싫은 데 억지로 한다는 느낌.

need to로 쓰면 필요에 의해 내가 그렇게 하겠다는 느낌.

 

I need to take my medicine three times a day.

나는 하루에 세 번 약을 먹어야 해.
I need to buy some milk on the way home.

나는 집에 가는 길에 우유를 좀 사야 해.
I need to practice more if I want to win the game.

나는 경기에서 이기고 싶다면 더 연습해야 해.
I need to call my parents once a week.

나는 일주일에 한 번 부모님께 전화해야 해.
I need to clean my room.

나는 방을 청소해야 해.

I think it will be taller than the other building. 

다른 건물보다 더 높을 것 같아.
I think it will be smarter to invest in stocks.

 주식에 투자하는게 더 현명할 것 같아.
I think it will be funnier than the last movie we watched. 

지난번에 본 영화보다 더 재미있을 것 같아.
I think it will be colder tomorrow. 

내일은 더 추울 것 같아.
I think it will be sweeter with more sugar. 

설탕을 더 넣으면 더 달아질 것 같아.
I think it will be cheaper to buy in bulk. 

대량 구매하면 더 싸질 것 같아.
I think it will be better to go early. 

일찍 가는게 더 좋을 것 같아.

 

3. pass by : 옆을 지나가다

I pass by the park. 

공원을 지나가.
She passed by the store. 

그녀는 가게를 지나쳤어.
The bus passes by my house. 

버스가 우리 집을 지나가.
We passed by a lake. 

우리는 호수를 지나쳤어.
He passes by the bakery. 

그는 빵집을 지나가.
The parade passed by our street. 

퍼레이드가 우리 거리를 지나갔어.
I passed by my old school. 

나는 내 예전 학교를 지나쳤어.

 

4. get on : 차량(버스,기차, 비행기등 주로 큰 대중교통 탈것)에 타다

 get on : 버스, 기차, 비행기 등

주로 큰 대중교통 탈것에 타다

엘리베이터, 오토바이처럼 서서 가거나

오픈되어 있는 경우도 get on

그렇지만 택시, 승용차 등 들어가 앉아야 하는

작은 탈것에 탈 때는 get in

She got on the plane. 

그녀는 비행기에 탔다.
He got in the car. 

그는 차에 탔다.
We need to get on the train. 

기차에 타야 해.
She got in the taxi. 

그녀는 택시에 탔다.
I always get on the first subway car. 

나는 항상 지하철의 첫 번째 칸에 타.
