원래는 형용사는 꾸미는 말 앞에 와야 해요.

그런데 특이하게 something(어떤 것)을 꾸미고 싶을 때는 뒤에 위치한답니다.

 

그래서 '새로운 어떤 것'일라고 할 때

new something이 아니라 something new라고 해요.

 

이렇게 특별히 형용사가 뒤에 오는 단어들이 몇 개 더 있어요.

nothing, anything, someone, somewhere 등 

-body, -where, -one, -thing으로 끝나는 단어들이에요.

(Tip ; 주로 뭔가를 대신하는 대명사들이네요)
