In the past, my health condition wasn't so great.
And I've actually gained some weight.
It's been bothering me.
So, I made up my mind to start working out.
Getting started was tough.
But I didn't give up. I kept pushing myself.
And now, can you believe it?
It's already been three months!
I can see so many positive changes in my body.
And you know what's even better?
I've actually lost a lot of weight.
Yeah, it's pretty amazing.
