2. There is nothing like 명사/동명사

~만한 것이 없지/ ~하는 게 최고야

There is는 생략 가능 해요.

There's nothing like it in the market.​​
시중에는 이만한 제품이 없어요.​

I've been to many beaches, but there's nothing like the beaches in Hawaii.​​
많은 해변을 가봤지만 하와이의 해변만큼 멋진 곳은 없어.​

There's nothing like a home-cooked meal made by mom.​​

'과거에는 ~했었는데 지금은 안 해'

과거에 일어났던 습관이나 상태를 말하고 싶을 때.

 

cf)이 두 가지와 혼동되지 않게 구분해 주세요.

1. be used to 명사 형태 : ~하는 데 익숙하다

2. be used to 동사 : ~하는데 사용되다 (수동태)

 

위의 세 가지 패턴은 유용하게 많이 사용할 수 있으니

구분해서 꼭 기억하면 좋아요.
