What is your purpose of learning English?

I have three purposes.

My first purpose is to understand when people talk English.

My second purpose is to speak English like a native speaker.

My last purpose is to teach English to people who want to learn.

 

How is your English?
 At the beginning I couldn't speak English well.
I didn't understand when people spoke English.

Three months later my English got better and better

because I learned and practiced more than the other students.

나의 목적은 다른 사람들을 돕는 것입니다.

My purpose is to improve my skills.
나의 목적은 나의 기술을 향상시키는 것입니다.

나의 목적은 사회에 기여하는 것입니다.

My purpose is to live a healthy lifestyle.
나의 목적은 건강한 삶을 살아가는 것입니다.

3. * At the beginning 처음에는

At the beginning, I didn't like sushi, but now it's one of my favorite foods.
처음에는 초밥을 좋아하지 않았지만, 지금은 내가 가장 좋아하는 음식 중 하나야.

At the beginning, learning to ride a bike seemed difficult, but with practice, it became easier.
처음에는 자전거 타기가 어려워 보였지만, 연습을 통해 쉬워졌어.

At the beginning, I wasn't sure about the new job, but now I love it.
처음에는 새로운 일에 대해 확신이 없었지만, 지금은 그 일을 정말 좋아해.

At the beginning, I struggled with the language, but over time, I became fluent.

4. *much 훨씬 (비교급 강조)

 

I enjoy coffee much more than tea.
나는 차보다 커피를 훨씬 더 즐겨 먹어.

The new movie is much more interesting than the one we saw last week.
새로운 영화는 지난 주에 본 것보다 훨씬 더 재미있어.

Having a pet is much more rewarding than I thought.
애완동물을 키우는 것은 생각한 것보다 훨씬 더 보람 있어.

Using public transportation is much more convenient than driving.
대중교통을 이용하는 것은 운전하는 것보다 훨씬 편해.

Homemade meals are much more delicious than fast food.
집에서 만든 음식은 패스트푸드보다 훨씬 더 맛있어.

Relaxing in nature is much more refreshing than staying indoors.
자연 속에서 휴식을 취하는 것이 실내보다 훨씬 기분이 좋아.

Walking is much more fun than running.
걷는 것이 뛰는 것보다 훨씬 더 재미있어.

참고1) fun은 1음절 단어이지만 비교급 만들때 more를 사용해요.

참고2) fun/ funny둘은 엄연히 다르므로 구분해서 써주세요
fun 재미, 재미있는 ; fun - more fun 
funny 웃긴 ; funny - funnier
